Plastic Woven Sack Making Machine PET PP Tape Extrusion Line Equipment

The plastic wire drawing machine uses polypropylene and high-density ethylene as raw materials. After heating, extrusion, wire splitting and stretching, flat wire is formed and rolled for weaving by the circular knitting machine. The drawing machine is generally improved for many times, and 100 % recycled material, powder or granular material can be used to draw flat yarn. The screw and barrel of the extruder are made of 38CrMoAlA alloy steel. After nitriding, the hardness is above Hv950. The standard is that the hard gear reducer made of 20CrMnTi alloy steel is used in the extruder. The sprocket is treated with 45 # medium carbon steel by high frequency quenching. The hard chromium is electroplated in the traction roller. The traction mechanism increases the automatic control tension roll. The material cylinder, tee and membrane head of the extruder are heated by cast aluminum heating ring, so as to achieve the purpose of durable.

7. Does it easy to operate and what can i do if it doesn't work?
First ,our machine is stable and easy to operate by one man ,what you do is just learn some basic thing like loading the jumboroll paper,start the machine and cutting the paper. And we will sent you manual and video ,we suggest you to come to visit our factory to learn more thing by yourself and if there is something goes wrong , you can call us ,video-chat ,email us . And we will give solutions within 36 hrs .Our engineer also can be distributed to overseas as you required.
