INK DRYING SYSTEM
Mainly consist of AC frequency drive (ABB Make) controlled heavy-duty blower with connectiing duct to deliver fresh air.
Ink drying is obtained by blowing hot air on the web surface through air nozzles. The optimized airflow minimizes heat consumption & avoids solvent retention in the printed substrates.
Electric heating based drying system is composed of mainly electric heater, drying chambers with solvent extraction, connecting ducts, exhaust system etc.It recirculates the same hot air and this result in less power consumption
OUT-FEED UNIT
Out feed system is separately driven by AC motor with gear box . (Closed loop control) and consist of hard chrome plated nip roll, pressure rubber roller etc. Out-feed system pulls the substrate from printing units and simultaneously maintains required set tension (thru load cells) between printing zones and also maintains printing registration
REWIND UNIT
The whole function is controlled and supervised by the controller.
The rewinder unit consists of:
1 No. Surface rewind station,
Maximum reel outer diameter is 1270 mm, and maximum reel weight is 500 kgs.
Rewinding shaft supported by bearing on both sides.
Rewind tension control system consists of
1 No. 5-hp.ac motor controlled by
Digital programmable ac drive with load cell back up drive duly synchronised with main motor to be controlled from main control panel.
1 No. Manual shaft for 102 mm core I.D. is provided.
The drive from printing frame to rewinding frame is by means of shafts connected by
1 Nos. Gear box by Bonifiglioli is attached with motor on the surface winder

Application:
This machines is special for printing woven bags. The color register can be adjusting positive rotation and clockwise 360,Without tum off the power. the speed is quick, the color printing is precise; simultaneously the big printing roller may carry on the crosswise adjustment, the adjustment quantity is 20mm by PLC instead of original circuit board control. It is steady in operation and speed changing, and can be easily operated. The character is evenly and clear. with few vulnerable part.
